Our machines use facial recognition to instantly load your custom profile, seat position, and previous workout history. Resistance is then adapted live based on your unique output.
The circuit includes: Compound Row, Pull Down, Chest Press, Overhead Press, and Leg Press—targeting every major muscle group.
The workout systematically fatigues all major muscle fibers through force-matched resistance—producing strength gains comparable to much longer traditional workouts. Many users report major improvements in strength, posture, tone, and metabolic health.
Most members are surprised to learn the workout is extremely intense without causing traditional cardio-style sweating, thanks to the controlled environment and precision resistance. The gyms are cooled to 65° for maximum comfort.

During your initial visit, we create a custom profile in the JouleFit system. Each JouleBot in our circuit is customized to match your body's specific measurements. Yes. Please schedule in advance through our web/billing app. Walk-ins are available but scheduled clients will have priority access.

You can bring a different guest once per month for one session. Each guest must pre-register in our system.
JouleFit encourages individual self-filming provided it does not interfere with member and guest's usage of the facility or privacy. All professional photo/video shoots must be pre-arranged and pre-approved by management. For the full policy, click here.
