JouleFit Welcomes Content Creation

We support members and guests who create content about JouleFit and want to share their training journey. Responsible, respectful filming and photography are welcome and encouraged—so long as it stays self-focused and does not capture others without consent or disrupt other's experience. This policy explains what is permitted and what is not.

Privacy and Consent Requirements

Self-Focused Content Only: Photos and videos should primarily focus on you. Avoid capturing other members, guests, or staff in the background.

Consent Is Required: You may not intentionally include (or feature) any other member, guest, or staff person without their explicit, prior consent.

Minors: If your filming might include children (including in or near pool areas), you must obtain express permission from the child's parent or legal guardian in advance. When in doubt, do not film.

No Disruptions to the Member / Guest Experience

To ensure everyone can use the facility comfortably:

Do not reserve or "hold" equipment while recording.

Do not block walkways, entrances, exits, or high-traffic areas.

Best Practices for Filming

Be quick and respectful: Film short clips for technique checks and move on.

Use your phone or personal device: Keep your setup minimal and unobtrusive.

Be aware of your surroundings: Adjust your angle to avoid capturing others.

Choose off-peak times: If you need multiple takes, consider less busy hours.

Management Approval for Special Situations

Management may impose conditions (time, location, equipment limits, supervision) or deny requests to protect safety and privacy.

Pre-approval is required for:

Filming events, group activities, or club promotions

Any commercial, professional, or staged shoots (including paid content collaborations)

Set ups that include tripods, lighting, microphones, or other production gear

Enforcement

Staff Direction: If staff ask you to stop filming or reposition due to privacy concerns, you must comply immediately. We reserve the right to stop any photography/filming activity that, in our judgment, compromises privacy, creates disruption, or violates this policy.

Violations may result in:

1. A request to stop filming immediately

2. Removal from the facility for the day
